Pricing and general information

The fee for my advisory service is 45 EUR per hour (excl. 19 % VAT). Minimum purchase is one hour. ALG I/II recipients and registered students get a discount and can use my service for 32 EUR per hour.

The billing is then per half hour. If I have to drive to an appointment, I charge EUR 0.30 per kilometer in addition to the time required.

While I will do  everything in my power to help you to find the solutions you need, I cannot guarantee the outcome of your case.

My name is Karina. After studying German literature, psychology and communication science at the Ludwigs-Maximilian-University in Munich, I quickly found myself immersed in the world of event planning. I find my work to be very exciting, but also acknowledge the flexibility, adaptability and determination that is required to be successful. My years of experience have taught me to manage and prevent obstacles by remaining calm and approaching each challenge with a “can do” attitude. To every problem, there is a solution.

My expertise is in administration, tour management and artist support. My “passion for paperwork” began as a liaison to people within the company who found themselves snagged by the German bureaucracy. I have completed countless applications, negotiated payment arrangements, resolved tax issues and even helped with government funding during the pandemic.
