N.G., singer from USA

I came to Karina because I realized that I was in way over my head in bills and German paperwork. At the time I owed over €5.000.00 in bills and I was out of work due to the pandemic. Hours of trying to translate what was being written to me in German and then creating a suitable response left me feeling overwhelmed and hopeless. Karina was able to help me by establishing communication with the creditors and negotiating the necessary payment arrangements to get me back on track. Additionally, Karina facilitated the process of legitimizing my business within the German system. Subsequently, I was able to understand my tax obligations, receive unemployment and stimulus money from the German government. Karina is patient, determined and professional. Her disposition helped to reduce my anxiety around my financial responsibilities, the learning curve of living and working in a new country, as well as the huge language barrier. Karina is extremely informed about how the bureaucratic process works and possesses the tenacity to navigate to a mutually beneficial resolution.I highly recommend the Paperwork Lady! Whether you live in Germany or are planning to move, Karina is your one stop shop for everything paperwork from immigration to advocacy. Everybody needs a Karina in their life!

About me

My name is Karina. After studying German literature, psychology and communication science at the Ludwigs-Maximilian-University in Munich, I quickly found myself immersed in the world of event planning. I find my work to be very exciting, but also acknowledge the flexibility, adaptability and determination that is required to be successful. My years of experience have taught me to manage and prevent obstacles by remaining calm and approaching each challenge with a “can do” attitude. To every problem, there is a solution.

My expertise is in administration, tour management and artist support. My “passion for paperwork” began as a liaison to people within the company who found themselves snagged by the German bureaucracy. I have completed countless applications, negotiated payment arrangements, resolved tax issues and even helped with government funding during the pandemic. In all of this experience, one thing is clear, I love what I do! Let the Paperwork Lady start your path to regaining control of your life!
